How to Make Money on Blogging
Wealth Potential
Although there are numerous ways to make money blogging and many people doing it, it's often more challenging than it appears. Most people spend at least several months in trial and error before they start to understand how it works. Some bloggers never earn more than a few hundred dollars a month because they don’t fully grasp the strategies for higher earnings. Once you start figuring things out, it becomes much easier to gain momentum and speed. When I first began attempting to make money on blogging, I earned about none for the first few months even less when considering time and efforts.
When I first tried to start a blog, I didn't really know where to begin. Instead, I adopt a planned approach that suits both myself and audience. Once I found the right strategy, my revenue appears within the first few months and start earnings my very first passive income.
How to Make Money on Blogging
Choose your Relatable Topics
Selecting a blog niche involves several important factors, one of the most crucial being its potential for generating income. While there might be a niche audience interested in the fine art of tossing potato sacks, it's unlikely to be a quick path to a profitable blog.
The key is to align your passion and interests with what others want and need. How can your knowledge help others solve their problems? Given my background in personal training, I started my first blog on health, wellness, and fitness. It was a subject I was passionate about and had certifications in.
A good place to start is to consider where you have professional or personal experience. What do friends and family seek your advice on? Then, evaluate if it's a profitable niche. Researching and examining successful blogs can provide valuable insights. Don’t overthink this. Your topic will likely evolve as your blog grows. You can also combine two topics if it feels right.
Use the Right Platform
When starting a blog, you need to choose a blogging platform, not just a platform but the “correct” one. as well as a good web hosting company (more of this on my tutorial).
What is a blogging platform?
Blogging platform is use for best and professional bloggers. It has access to the widest range of plugins and additional customisations. there were so many out there, do plenty of research. One that I highly recommend is Squarespace.
Create a Content Strategy
Creating a content strategy for your blog is crucial as it enables you to plan, create, and organize content that is optimized for search engines and tailored to your target audience. It helps you identify high-demand topics and focus on the key elements necessary to increase engagement and drive conversions.
A content strategy offers a comprehensive vision for the types of content you aim to produce, the frequency of posting, and the methods of distribution across various channels. This naturally leads to the next topic: how to promote your content. A robust content and digital marketing strategy will provide metrics and analytics to track performance, allowing you to adjust and optimize your strategies over time.
